Through this transaction, Fengdong absorded the Internet finance & taxation business of outstanding core competitiveness and broad development prospects. This optimized and improved the company's existing business structure, opened the "Internet finance & tax services + heat treatment equipment manufacturing and service" dual-track development strategy. In order to accurately reflect the company's operating characteristics and business direction, improve its core competitiveness, and establish a new corporate image, we  changed Fengdong’s company name, stock abbreviation and business scope, and to amend the company's articles of association accordingly.

The code of the company's securities remains unchanged, still "002530". The company's change of name, securities abbreviation and business scope and other matters still need to be submitted to the company's 2016 annual general meeting for deliberation. Among them, the change of company name and scope of business still requires the approval of the administrative department for industry and commerce. The change in the abbreviation of the securities still requires the approval of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The business scope after the change shall be finally subject to the registration approval of the administrative department for industry and commerce. The changed securities abbreviation shall be subject to the approval of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
