On February 17, 2017, experts from the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology organized an on-site inspection of the “R&D and Industrialization of a New Generation of Plasma Nitriding Equipment （Project Number: BA2013115）”， a special project for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements undertaken by our company.

Through the R&D of plasma screen devices, high-frequency DC power supplies, external auxiliary heating, plasma probe diagnostic systems, and "nitriding + post-oxidation" processes. , this project successfully developed the

"ASPN-120150" through WR-170/150, WR-100/450, ion + gas composite nitriding furnace （PN + GN） series plasma nitriding equipment, and "ion + gas nitriding + post-oxidation", stainless steel low temperature ion nitriding Titanium alloy ion nitriding and other new technologies.

The project completed all the technical and economic indicators tasks as stipulated in the contract. It was highly evaluated by the participating experts and successfully passed the acceptance.
