From July 10th to 11th, Fengdong organized 60 students from Hebei University of Science and Technology and new staff to attend the intership training.

The whole training is divided into two parts: lectures and workshop visiting.

On the morning of July 10th, firstly Mr. Han Boqun, the deputy general manager and chief engineer of Fengdong, made a special introduction on the topics “The Heat Treatment Industry and Fengdong Thermal Technology”.

Afterwards, Mr. Guan Qixue, Fengdong’s security administrator and registered security officer, made a lectures on heat treatment safety knowledge for university students and new staff.

In the afternoon, Shi Yousen, general manager of engineering center, and Xu Xiaojian, administrator of executive director, led the university students and new staff to visit the exhibition hall, manufacturing department, and workshop of engineering center and affiliated exterprise Jiangsu IHI-Fengdong Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd.

On the morning of July 11, Zhang Zhipeng, assistant to the general manager of Fengdong, gave a lecture on "Informationization and Intelligence of Heat Treatment". Finally, Mr. Han Boqun,  Fengdong ’s deputy general manager and chief engineer, gave a detailed explanation of Fengdong’s heat treatment equipment and application.

From one side, Internship training allows college students to experience the culture and environment of Fengdong and deepen their understanding of Fengdong. From the other side,  it helps new employees to quickly integrate into the team and grow with the company.
