On Feb. 2, 2019, in the conference hall of R&D Building, all the staff came together to attend the 2018 Fengdong Commendation Ceremony and celebrate the coming new lunar year.

Leaders’ Speeches

Our chairman of the board, Mr. Zhu Wenming made an inspiring speech that affirmed the achievements made in 2018 and indicated the direction of future development with focus on the three points “Professionalization, Refinement and Internationalization”， and he encouraged all the staff to make joint effort for the improvement of our company’s sustainable competitiveness and realization of 2020 development goal set in Qingdao meeting.

Next, our general manager, Mr. Zhu Xiaojun, made a report on work summary in 2018 and operation target in 2019, during which he made a brief introduction to the business condition of our company in 2018 and expressed sincere appreciation for the hard work of all the staff, and meanwhile he asked us to strive for good performance based on posts and make concerted efforts to overcome difficulties, thus laying a solid foundation for the realization of the development goal of 2020.

Prize Presentation

In the commendation ceremony, ten awards were presented including Award for Meritorious Newcomer, Award for the Outstanding Staff, Award for the Excellent Staff, Marketing Commitment Award, Award for the Outstanding Managers, Outstanding Projects Award, Outstanding Management Award, Marketing Information Award, Technological Innovation Award and Intellectual Property Award.

Conclusion Speech

Finally, the director of Fengdong, Mr. Xiang Jianhua, made a concluding speech to the commendation conference, praising the individuals and teams who have made outstanding contributions in various aspects of the company in 2018. He encouraged all the staff to make concerted efforts in 2019, face up to difficulties, strive for a higher level of various business indicators, and make great strides towards the development goal of 2020.

Dancing & Singing Performance

The Spring Festival party opened with a heart-stirring song A Man Should Strengthen Himself by Li Yan working for the after-sales service department. Then came the exciting lottery activities, poem recitation, Japanese song performance, jazziness performance, promoting the atmosphere to a climax.

Our annual meeting successfully ended in harmony, warmth and joy.
