From July 5 to 9, 2021, our company organized 58 students majoring in metal materials from Jiangsu University to conduct production practice training. The whole training is divided into two parts: professional knowledge lecture and production site visit. At 13:30 p.m. on July 5, the company held a welcome meeting for all the teachers and students. Mr. Xu Xiaojian, deputy secretary of the local CPC committee, chairman of the trade union and chief executive officer of the company, made a speech on behalf of the company, welcomed all the teachers and students, arranged the course arrangement during the internship, and made general requirements for safety and discipline.

After then, Mr. Guan Qixue, the registered safety engineer of the company, explained the safety knowledge of heat treatment industry to college students.

Next to that, Mr. Han Boqun, deputy general manager and chief engineer, gave a lecture on "heat treatment industry and made in China".

By the mean time, teachers and students of Jiangsu University presented a special banner to express their gratitude and admiration for the company's courage to bear social responsibility.

On the morning of July 6, Mr. Shi Yousen, general manager of the company's processing division, gave a lecture on "heat treatment process and development" for all teachers and students.

At 13:30 p.m. on the 6th, Mr. Liang Dongfang, director of the company's chief engineer office, gave a lecture on "selection and design principles of heat treatment equipment" for all teachers and students.

At 15:30 pm on June 6, Mr. Zhang Zhipeng, assistant general manager of the company, gave a special lecture on the design, development and application of MES system for heat treatment equipment and workshop for all teachers and students.

At 8:30 a.m. on the 9th, Mr. Chen Xuefeng, engineer of Information Technology Department of the company, gave a lecture on "development and application of heat treatment process simulation software" for all students.

During July 7 to 8, the company also organized students to visit the company's periodic batch type furnace, continuous furnace equipment production site, VIF vacuum furnace production site, as well as the national heat treatment Innovation Center intelligent production site and central control room.

In order to enrich students' extracurricular cultural experience, the company organized a friendly basketball  game between Jiangsu university team and Jiangsu Fengdong bask team in the afternoon of July 7.

Internship training makes college students feel Fengdong's culture and environment and deepen their understanding of Fengdong.
