Pusher type continuous furnace is widely used for massive and continuous heat treatment of bearings and gears., because of its unique design, elegant structure, stable performance and dominant energy-saving effect.

◆Controlled atmosphere carburizing furnace is designed as several zones which separating from each other with doors. Therefore, temperature and atmosphere in each zone can be independently controlled.

◆Independent doors are installed among different zones and the lifting of doors are driven by motor. An alarm device is installed, in case of breakage of chains for lifting the door. Once chains is broken, it will alarm. Then the equipment will stop operating, which avoids other damage under malfunction.

◆Automatic quenching system adopts double layer structure which is half sealed. Aerating a small amount of N2 to ensure no contact between parts and air during quenching process. No need to lift the door of quenching sealed zone, which avoid fluctuation of atmosphere in furnace caused by contact between air and atmosphere.

◆Temperature and CP controller, oxygen probe, PLC, recorder, pneumatic components, low voltage apparatus and various instruments are world famous brand products. The overall performance of equipment is stable and reliable.

◆Operation processes can be dynamically displayed on the screen. All automatic conditions and process parameters are visible; Perfect tracking system for tray transfer process.

◆Automatic monitoring of whole processes and uploading & downloading of process information can be achieved by central computer control system or operation cabinet. Alarm and remarks will be shown if malfunction happens. Distant malfunction diagnoses and maintenance is available.

◆Advanced technology, good stability and durability, a fewer of auxiliary facilities ensures cost advantage on consumption of electricity & gas, maintenance cost and auxiliary facilities.

◆Except loading material, all other processes are automatically operated.
