UBEN series multi-purpose chamber（IQ） furnace is one of our main products with characteristics like high reliability, low operation cost and easy to maintain. Parts treated by this furnace has good stability and uniformity.UBE series furnace takes high market share in China.

Main Application

Carburizing/Carbonitriding/Quenching, normalizing, annealing with protection atmosphere/Reheating and quenching.

◆Comparing with square chamber, the unique round-shape heating chamber without muffle greatly optimize the circulation of atmosphere and improve the uniformity of temperature and atmosphere. Also, when the effective dimension is the same as square chamber, round-shape chamber can reduce the surface area of heating chamber which save the energy.

◆Adopting imported high-quality anti-carburizing bricks for furnace isolation; Ceramic fiber is available upon request.

◆Large capacity oil tank, specially designed flow-guided system and speed-adjustable agitator  equipped with and oil temperature control system achieve good quenching result for various parts.

◆Rapid and automatic nitrogen refilling system avoids the danger of negative pressure in vestibule.

◆The loading parts can be moved between heating chamber and vestibule in furnace by rear handle system. The rear handle system is installed behind the furnace. No handle mechanism in the furnace.The structure is simple and low failure rate.

◆Low voltage radiant tubes controlled by SCR/PID has the characteristics of high safety, durable life and easy to be replaced.

◆Perfect self-diagnose system and interlock system ensures safe operation of furnace.

◆The heating process is continuously controlled by thyristor power regulator. Heating power can be automatically adjusted upon the request which can control the temperature accurately.

◆The furnace is automatically controlled by a programmable logical controller（PLC）; Easy to operate and maintain.

◆Adopting well-known brand for controller,O2 sensor, PLC and other main parts to ensure stable and reliable performance of furnace.

◆High-performance gas control system ensures stable CP in the furnace.

◆Atmosphere Type: methanol + enrich gas; methanol+ N2+ enrich gas / RX gas + enrich gas.
