On July 18-20, hosted by China Heat Treatment Industry Association and co-organized by Jiangsu Fengdong Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. and affiliated company Qingdao Fengdong Heat Treatment Co., Ltd., the Managers' conference and High Quality Development Summit Forum in National Heat Treatment Industry was grandly held in Qingdao city of Shandong Province.

At the opening ceremony, the chairman of the China Heat Treatment Industry Association, Tong Xiaohui, first gave an opening speech. On behalf of the China Thermal Association, Chairman Tong expressed warm welcome to the leaders and guests attending the meeting and expressed sincere gratitude to the leaders and enterprises at all levels who care and support the conference.

With the theme of “heat treatment high quality development – advanced equipment + safety and environmental friendly”， the conference focused on how the heat treatment industry can promote the standardized management of the heat treatment industry, transform and upgrade from high-speed growth stage to high Quality development stage through the innovative production organization form and optimized management mode.

In the report section of the conference, the reports of the experts focused on the theme of high-quality development, which were rich in content and brilliant, and were highly praised by the participants. Xiang Jianhua, Chairman of Jiangsu Fengdong Thermal Technology Co., Ltd., made a report on “Innovative Exploration of Heat Treatment Processing Service Model”， and Song Xuefeng, Director of Equipment Business Department of Qingdao Fengdong Heat Treatment Co., Ltd., made a report on “Development and Application of Qingdao Fengdong Plasma Technology”.

During the same period of the meeting, the China Heat Treatment Association held three sessions of the Eighth Board of Directors, and listened to the Secretary-General of Lu Dingxian's “China Heat Association 2017-2018 Work Summary” and “2018-2019 Work Arrangement Report”， reviewed and approved the “China Heat Treatment Industry Association Charter”。 （Draft）， "China Heat Treatment Industry Association Advanced Member Enterprise - Heat Treatment Industry Quality Management Excellent Enterprise Management Measures" Amendment, Proposal on the review results of the “Qualification Conditions for Heat Treatment Industry Standards”， Proposal on the review results of “Recommended Suppliers in China's Heat Treatment Industry”， proposal concerning personnel adjustment of the Secretariat, proposal on developing new members, and the proposal to add directors.

After the meeting, representatives went to Gaomi to visit our Fengdong’s affiliated company Weifang Fengdong Heat Treatment Co., Ltd. Weifang Fengdong gave a detailed introduction to the automation production line and its advantages in high quality evelopment.

More than 200 representatives from the national heat treatment and related industries attended the conference. The colleagues in the heat treatment industry and related industry colleagues will establish contacts, exchange technical experience and jointly explore the future development of the industry through this conference. The conference was a complete success.
