On 8th Aug., group of experts leaded by Mr. Qu Xianmin, member of the National Manufacturing Power Country Strategic Advisory Committee and chief expert in manufacturing office do the acceptance for the Unmanned Intelligent Heat Treatment Plant （Nanjing Fengdong Heat Treatment Co., ltd）， a National Intelligent Manufacturing New Model Application Project taken by Jiangsu Fengdong Thermal Technology Co., ltd. in nanjing.

The participating experts listened to the project implementation report, reviewed the project site, reviewed the project materials. After consulting and discussing, thought that the project had completed the prescribed technical and comprehensive indicators, and the project funds were used reasonably. The experts unanimously agreed that the project passed the acceptance.

The unmanned intelligent heat treatment plant adopts flexible production system, intelligent logistics warehousing and information production management system to realize interconnection and centralized monitoring of equipment, automatic scheduling, balanced mixed flow production, optimization of processing technology, real-time monitoring of production process, Digital logistics tracking, equipment fault self-diagnosis and ERP management, etc., to achieve intelligent, less unmanned, high efficiency and energy saving emission reduction process. The completion of the project marks that China's less unmanned heat treatment processing plant has reached the world's advanced level.
