At 9:00 AM on August 9th, 2019, the Beijing International Heat Treatment Exhibition, sponsored by China Heat Treatment Industry Association was opened grandly located in the China International Exhibition Center （Old Pavilion）.

The exhibition brought full play to the organizational advantages of the association and attracted a large amount of well-known enterprises in heat treatment industry, domestic and offshore. Jiangsu Fengdong Thermal Technology had taken the lead in organizing related enterprises to actively participate in this magnificent event in the industry, and amply relied on this chance as a platform to reveal the corporate image by publicizing and promoting the company's advanced technology in various fields, such as controllable atmosphere furnace, vacuum furnace, induction heating furnace, plasma nitriding furnace, non-atmosphere heating furnace, etc. , which had spread a wide range of production lines and abundant equipment types from design to after-service-sale and the all-round one-stop heat treatment solutions, visitors at home and abroad were fascinated to look around and visit our booth to carry on further communications and mind exchanges.

From 14:00 to 16:30, five professional heat treatment lectures were given by the company and its affiliated enterprises in Room 202 of the complex building on-site.

Mr. Han Boqun, Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Fengdong Thermal Technology,  gave a speech entitled "Intelligent Heat Treatment Plant System and Its Application Achievements" to show the latest positive results of the company's heat treatment intelligent manufacturing technology. Through a generous number of information data, video files and operation outcomes, the intelligent plant was demonstrated along with the key technologies and application in equipment hardware, network communication, warehousing logistics, MES system, process database, ERP management, etc.

Mr. Wei Xiaorong, Head of Sales Marketing department, reported with a theme of "Green, High Efficiency and Controllable Atmosphere Heat Treatment Technology", which had introduced BBH multi-purpose furnace, VCH vacuum cleaning machine, UM series mesh belt furnace and oil fume purification device.

The global participants for the industry were all impressed and highly evaluated the achievements of Fengdong equipment in  intelligent, green and environmental fields.

In addition, Mr. Tohru Kitachi from Japan Oriental Engineering made his lecture  which was entitled "Various Properties of Steel Material after Gas Sulfurizing and Nitriding Treatment". The characteristics of gas sulphurizing and nitriding were explained in details, and the test method of gas sulphurizing and nitriding treatment was expounded.

Comparing with the gas soft nitriding test, it was shown that the gas sulfurizing nitriding technology could significantly improve the friction and wear properties for steel.

Mr. Misaka from Koushuha Neturen delivered the speech entitled "Evolution and latest technology of high-frequency heat treatment". The most recent research and development achievements of nitriding and high-frequency quenching combined treatment technology （PALINIP）， compact high-performance power supply and CAE simulation were introduced.

Mr. Shibuya, General Manager of Jiangsu IHI Fengdong Vacuum Technology, his presentation named as "HWBV Vacuum Degreasing Cleaning Machine", explicitly introduced the characteristics of HWBV vacuum degreasing cleaner in details. The unique fast drying function was described as well.

By comparing with the water system cleaning machine commonly used in the market, the excellent cleaning performance of HWBV cleaning machine was demonstrated apparently.

The exhibition lasts for three days, and 110 enterprises from heat treatment and related industries all over the nation participate in it. The colleagues of heat treatment industry and related industries exchanged experiences and discussed the future development of the industry through the conference. On the afternoon of August 11, the exhibition was successfully concluded to the end.
