On the afternoon of June 12, 2020, the first phase of 2020 Technology Salon jointly organized by the Fengdong Company’s administration department and project department arrived as scheduled. This event focused on the issues in the process of project assembly, commissioning and service, and discusses the improvement countermeasures.

The event was presided over by Mr. Han Boqun, deputy general manager of the company, and was divided into three parts.

Mr. Han Boqun affirmed the development of the Technology Salon, and encouraged the technical personnel to study technology and be diligent and pragmatic.

2 Excellent project report

Wei Dong, from the second technical department, made a report on the topic "design and verification of protective atmosphere mesh belt reheating furnace". According to the customer's demand of "no oxidation and bright surface after high temperature tempering", the report discussed the scheme and designed the structure. Combining with similar cases used by Oriental Company, Mr. Suzuki Makoto gave guidance suggestions, and after several rectification experiments, the customer's needs were met.

Wu Gejing from the second manufacturing department, made a report on the topic "precautions for the use of oxygen probe thermocouples". Combined with practical cases, the report introduces in detail the matters needing attention in the use of oxygen sensors and thermocouple from the aspects of structure, working principle, carbon deposition, burning out, matters needing attention, signal output, packaging and transportation, materials and 

compensation wire.

Ge Renhui from the second technical department, made a report on the subject of "design and improvement of salt bath conveying hopper". This paper presents the design concept of conveyor tipping hopper for salt bath quenching furnace, which uses conventional mesh belt as conveying device, and the product will stick to the surface of mesh belt and cannot fall down. The design concept of conveyor tipping hopper is put forward and verified by experiments.

Song Wei of after sales business division made a report on "improving the quality of maintenance service and project refined management". Combined with the daily maintenance provided by the Department for customers and the work of strengthening protective measures during the 2020 year epidemic period, the report elaborates the necessity and advantages of fine project management.

Yin Yuanli from the information technology department, made a report on the subject of "realization of feeding and automatic process change function of mesh belt furnace monitoring system". The report points out that the function of automatic temperature change of continuous heat treatment equipment can be realized by using electrical components and monitoring system of upper computer. So as to improve the production capacity of mesh belt continuous heat treatment equipment, reduce the workload of on-site personnel; reduce the impact of human factors on product quality, and save the cost of heat treatment production.

3 Evaluation and award

The participating judges scored from three aspects: topic content, courseware production and propaganda effect. According to the score, one first prize, two second prize and two encouragement prize were selected.

The salon focused on practical problems, and the atmosphere of the discussion was fervent. The company will continuously improve product performance and create more value for customers based on customer demand.
