Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China announced the list of candidates for commendation of advanced collectives, labor models, and advanced workers in the national industrial and information system. Our company's Information Technology Department Director, Mr. Chen Xuefeng, was proudly listed as one of the awardees. He is one of the 17 industry models from Jiangsu Province and the only one from Yancheng to receive this honor. This national recognition not only deeply acknowledges Chen Xuefeng's twenty years of continuous innovation and perseverance, but also fully affirms our company's commitment to technological independence and self-reliance.

As a leader in the company's intelligent heat treatment field, Mr. Chen Xuefeng has dedicated over twenty years to technology research and development, driving industry upgrades through innovative breakthroughs. The "Intelligent Heat Treatment Production Line Management System (LMS)" developed under his leadership has achieved significant breakthroughs in intelligent technology, receiving widespread recognition in the market. It has generated substantial economic benefits and set a benchmark for the intelligent transformation of China's heat treatment industry.

Overcoming challenges and forging technological strength.

He has bravely shouldered his mission and led multiple national and provincial key R&D projects to completion, achieving leapfrog breakthroughs in key technological fields: 

²  Completed the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's intelligent manufacturing project, constructing an unmanned intelligent heat treatment factory and realizing full-process digital control.

²  Led the core sub-project of a key research project in Jiangsu Province, developing heavy-load gear phase transformation analysis software and a remote simulation system for heat treatment.

²  Served as the project leader for a national key R&D program, developing the carburizing furnace simulation and process design system, which has been industrialized.

²  Developed the "Intelligent Heat Treatment Production Line Management System (LMS)" and "Heat Treatment Factory Management System (FMS)", achieving unmanned production at the factory level and multi-line collaboration, promoting the industry's intelligent transformation.

² Obtained two invention patents for the "Heat Treatment Parameter Dynamic Recorder" and "Heating Furnace Control System," as well as three software copyrights. He also served as the lead author of the core chapters of the third volume of the "Heat Treatment Handbook." His technical achievements were presented at the 13th National Heat Treatment Conference, leading the upgrade of industry standards.

Mr. Chen Xuefeng has consistently practiced his original mission through hard work, earning repeated recognition from the industry and society:

l  In 2023, he was awarded the "First Prize for Technological Progress" by the China Heat Treatment Industry Association. 

l  In 2021, he was elected as a Party representative for Dafeng District; in 2022, he was honored as a "Civilized Worker" of Dafeng District, Yancheng City, and an "Outstanding Communist Party Member" of the Dafeng Economic Development Zone.

l  Within the company, he has been recognized as "Outstanding Employee" more than ten times and awarded "Outstanding Employee" four times, becoming a model for the team.
