The very past year of 2022, all the staffs of Fengdong joined hands with each other, crossed the rapids and broke the dangerous shoals, climbed to the peaks and crossed the mountains of difficulties, and wrote a moving chapter of the company's development. On January 20, 2023, in the lecture hall of Fengdong R&D building of the company, the 2022 annual summary commendation session of Fengdong Thermal Technology was successfully held.

Reviewing 2022 and looking forward to 2023

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Zhu Xiaojun, the general manager of the company, made a report of "2022 Work Summary and 2023 Business Target Plan", summarizing the completion of the indicators and the implementation of the work of the company in year 2022, affirming the promising achievements made by all departments staff of the company in the past year, recalling the touching scenes belonging to Fengdong people, and expressing his heartfelt thanks to all Fengdong employees for their hard work.

At the same time, Mr. Zhu put forward our business objectives and work ideas for 2023. For 2023, Fengdong will closely focus on the "5F Plan", continue to unswervingly follow the road of "high-quality and sustainable development", carry out "full commitment" to all aspects of work, and stick on all targets without wavering. With a more determined attitude, a more open vision, and a more pragmatic style, Fengdong will firmly set the goals and take up heavy burdens to jointly write a new chapter of "high-quality and sustainable development".

Commendation of advanced and motivation

In the commendation session, we firstly awarded the Outstanding Newcomer Award, Outstanding Employee Award and Outstanding Employee Award. Mr. Xu Xiaojian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Administrative Director, presented the awards to the award winners of Outstanding Newcomer Award, Mr. Zhang Zhipeng, Assistant General Manager, Mr. Deng Qiaofeng, Manager of Project No.1 Department, and Mr. Shen Shunfei, Manager of Project No. 2 Department, presented the awards to the winners of Outstanding Employee Award, and Mr. Xiang Jianhua, Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee, presented the awards to the winners of Outstanding Employee Award. Mr. Wei Xiaorong, Fengdong Marketing Director, delivered a speech on behalf of the Sales and Marketing Management Department, reviewing and summarizing the sales work in 2022, and expressing his gratitude to colleagues from other departments for their cooperation and support to the marketing job. Mr. Wei also shared the current market trends and tendencies with all colleagues. Following with the next event, the Excellent Project Awards were presented. Mr. Xu Shijun, Vce General Manager, Mr. Deng Qiaofeng, Manager of Project No.1 Department, Mr. Han Boqun, Vice General Manager, Mr. Shen Shunfei, Manager of Project No.2 Department, Mr. Ji Xiang, Investment Department Director, and Mr. Zhu Jun, General Manager of After-sales Division, presented the awards to the winners.

Finally, the Best Execution Team Award, Sales Information Award, Technical Innovation Award and Excellent Intellectual Property Award were presented.
