Gear fatigue surface modification and hardening precision heat treatment process technology including surface modification heat treatment gear strength, lifespan and reliability, gear energy saving, environmental friendly surface modification heat treatment, gear surface modification and heat treatment distortion control etc. High-end automotive valve green oxynitriding heat treatment equipment and technology including oxynitriding process, high-efficient and environmentally friendly co-oxidants, and influences of changes in atmosphere content on nitriding layer morphology, phase structure, nitride layer thickness, microhardness and bond strength, etc.; Robot loading & feeding, robotics control and positioning system, car-like robot and control system for large-scale heat treatment production lines feeding and transporting such as the process control between multiple heat treatment equipments. Separation and refining of waste oils, refinement of cooling performance, pour point depressing, clean dispersion, bright, high-temperature anti-oxidation, metal passivation and other R&D and evaluation of quenching oil additives.
